Most products offered by GhillieRoot are handmade and made-to-order.
Key characteristics of our products:
• a significant portion of each item is produced manually;
• not all the products are mass-produced;
• each item may have minor visual differences due to handcrafted production and natural materials and photos.
Upon request, custom-made camouflage products are available, including:
• individual tailoring;
• custom color selection;
• custom selection of leaves, textures, and camouflage elements.
3. Production Time
Production time typically ranges from 2 to 10 business days.
Actual production time depends on:
• product complexity;
• amount of manual work involved;
• order volume;
• level of customization.
Production timelines may be extended during periods of high workload or for fully customized orders.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, orders are scheduled for production immediately after payment.
5. Payment Terms
All orders require 100% prepayment.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
❗ Partial payments, cash on delivery, or payment after shipment are not accepted.
6. Order Cancellation
❗ Order cancellation is not possible after payment has been completed.
Once payment is received, the order enters the production process.
For this reason:
• orders cannot be canceled after payment;
• payments are non-refundable;
• changes or cancellations requested after payment will not be accepted.
By completing the payment, the customer expressly agrees to this condition.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta Global.
Shipping terms:
• shipment occurs after production is completed;
• all shipping costs are fully covered by the customer;
• delivery times depend on the destination country and the logistics provider;
• the customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
GhillieRoot is not responsible for delays, customs procedures, additional fees, or issues caused by shipping carriers or authorities.
8. Disclaimer
GhillieRoot products are camouflage garments and accessories.
They do not guarantee complete invisibility, absolute concealment, or protection in all environments.
Product performance depends on environmental conditions, usage methods, and individual factors.
