REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, GhillieRoot does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Handmade and Made-to-Order Products

The majority of GhillieRoot products are:

 • handcrafted;

 • manufactured specifically for each order;

 • customized according to customer requirements.

Because of this, all sales are final.

3. No Returns and No Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

 • change of mind;

 • incorrect size or specification selected by the customer;

 • subjective dissatisfaction with appearance or effectiveness;

 • shipping delays caused by logistics providers.

4. Manufacturing Defects (Limited Exception)

The only exception applies in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Conditions:

 • the customer must notify GhillieRoot within 48 hours of receiving the product;

 • photo or video evidence must be provided;

 • each claim is reviewed individually.

If a defect is confirmed, GhillieRoot may, at its sole discretion, offer a repair or replacement.

Refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

In any case where a repair or replacement is approved:

 • all shipping costs are fully paid by the customer, including return shipping and re-shipping;

 • shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after payment.

Once payment is completed, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
